Building Strength Through Inclusive Training & Community
At Empower-2-Lift, we believe that access to strength training should be inclusive, supportive, and empowering for everyone—regardless of ability or background. Our programs are designed to break down barriers and create pathways for success in adaptive powerlifting.
Inclusive Training Sessions
We host regular training sessions tailored specifically for individuals with disabilities. Led by certified coaches with experience in adaptive sports, these sessions ensure that every athlete receives the guidance, encouragement, and structure they need to train safely and confidently.
Partnerships with Local Gyms
We work hand-in-hand with local fitness centers to develop inclusive, accessible training environments. These partnerships help us identify and equip gyms with adaptive tools, as well as host dedicated sessions for athletes with diverse needs and abilities.
Mentorship Programs
We connect seasoned lifters with newcomers to foster mentorship, motivation, and mutual support. These relationships build confidence, reduce isolation, and help new athletes integrate into the adaptive strength community with encouragement and shared experience.
